This email circular is to announce an incentive for Business Partners.
Effective 1st May-23 onwards, the following Clients Traded Incentive is applicable to eligible partners:
* Earn a Flat Incentive of Rs.250 per traded account
Terms and Conditions:
* Your referred client's first pay-in amount must be at least Rs.1000/- and must be traded and have to generate a minimum of Rs.200/- Brokerage,within the below mentioned tenured period. (Partner Incentives Criteria example). These clients are considered as eligible account for incentive.
* Partner will be eligible once he crossed minimum 5’ eligible count.
* Referred clients can trade in any segment.
* Traded Incentives are subject to Release based on Sealing up to companies' Net Brokerage Income.
* Commissions will be paid on the 5th of every month.
* You cannot refer to yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
Your partner commission or incentive or status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
1) If any fraudulent accounts are discovered during the Incentive Payment, Alice Blue will have the authority to either hold or stop the payment release to that particular franchise.
2) Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
3) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
4) Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
5) Violation of intellectual property rights. Alice Blue reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Alice Blue in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
6) Offering rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with Alice Blue, however, is acceptable.
7) Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud
* In addition to the foregoing, Alice Blue reserves the right to hold the payments or terminate any partner account at any time, for any violations of these terms or for no reason.
Partner Incentives Criteria example:
* The duration of the Account opening is 31 days (Example: 1-May-23 to 31-May-23).
* The Account must be traded by the 15th of a consecutive month (E.g. 15-Jun-23)
* The Incentive amount will be released on the 5th of a consecutive month (E.g.: 5-Jul-23)
*The current month’s Partner Sharing and the previous month's incentives will be released on the 5th of a consecutive month (June Month Partner Sharing + May Month Incentives on 05-Jul-23)
